“To all of the Carney family- I am sending my deepest condolences, love, and prayers during this difficult time. To say Don was loved by many is an understatement. I had just moved to Osceola and met Don as he helped me with my groceries to the car on a windy day. I said to Don we have to be careful so my cart didn't roll away. Don said- no worries if it rolls away I will catch it or it would just hit the jail. Loved Don and may he RIP. Mindy Frechin”
