He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Andrew and Mildred Gulick (Mahnkey); and his brothers-in-law, Bob Williams, Gene and Ron Bennet.

He is survived by: his wife Bobbie; his stepdaughter Katie; his sister Bev of Arizona; his nephews, Todd, Billy, Danny, Matt and Marrion; and also Lesley of New York.
