He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerry Mays and Shirley Hughes. He is survived by: his father Monty Mays of Oklahoma; his grandmother Ruth Mays of Oklahoma; his mother Shannon Gerfen (Cunningham); his stepparents, Mark Gerfen of Missouri and Vicki Waugh of Missouri; his children, Jace Montgomery Collins of Oklahoma, Andrew Thomas Lee Mays of Missouri and Chloe Grace Mays of Missouri; and his siblings, Jennifer Mays of Oklahoma, Lacie Gerfen of Missouri and Luke Gerfen of Missouri. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
