He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Bailey and Rosethel "Rosie" Hobbs Bailey; his parents-in-law, Stanley and Emma Cameron; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Cameron and Arlene Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his sons, Steve Bailey of Butler, MO, Mike Bailey of Osceola, MO, Scott Bailey (Jennifer) of Peculiar, MO and Kelly Bailey (Christina) of Peculiar, MO; and his grandchildren, Nicole Bailey (Saylor), Stephanie Fritts (Andrew), Brittany Houchen, Brett Houchen (Paige), Ryan Bailey (Brittany), Lane Bailey (Kaylon), Katie Green (Eric), Darian King (Conrad) and Hunter Bailey.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Faith Lutheran Church where Joe attended with Sandy.
