It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Burr of Osborn, Missouri, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on August 24, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Burr and Beatrice Burr (Bush); late wife Lorie Burr; his step-mother Ella Burr; his parents-in-law, Aggie, Pete Mann, Eldon and Bonnie Shipps; and his nephews, Jacob Mann and Christopher Huff.
He is survived by : his wife Hope Burr; his children, Jeanine Knights (Jeff), Sarah Taylor (Braydon) of Lawson, MO, Ethan Burr (Holli) of Liberty, MO, Rosetta Herring (Ivan Martinez) of St Joseph, MO, Anthony Shipps of Osborn, MO and Katherine Webb of Cameron, MO; his grandchildren, Elvis, Maranda, Opal, Lillian Hope, Craig, Ella, Delilah, Beatrice, Edmund, Phoenix, Kylee, Kaden, Hunter, Liliana, Willow and Jeffrey; his siblings, Jim Burr (Peggy) of Kearney, MO and Deborah Burr of Kansas City, MO; his aunts, Mary Lee Tutt of Kansas City, MO and Ruth Ann Bush of St. Joseph, MO; and his mother-in-law June Shipps Pickney of Urbana, MO.
