He is survived by: his wife Cindy Knox; his daughter Kaycee Ott of Cameron, MO; his grandchildren, Kadence, Reed, Riley, Tripp and Jaden; his siblings, Bob White (Kim) of Audubon, IA, Vicki Rainey (Rick) of King City, MO, Peggy Jacoby (Marion) of Kearney, MO and Pam Hensley (John) of King City, MO; his sister-in-law Joyce White of Maryville, MO; and his son-in-law Correy Miller.
