He is survived by: his wife Stacey; his children, Justin Beckwith of Atlanta, Ian Jay of Atlanta and Kylene Jay of Camdenton; his father Everett Jay of Holt; his sister Sueann Hemby of Puxico; his grandchildren, Ryka Herbert and Molly Beckwith; his niece Carolyn Otto of Jefferson City; his nephew Jay Otto of St. Georgia; and also, Summit and Husband William of Puxico.
