He is survived by: his wife Elaine Phillips; his brother Kenneth Phillips; his brothers-in-law, Richard Schindalga (Lynette) of Warrenville and Gerry Pate of Harrisburg; his nieces and nephews, Darryn Phillips (Melyssa) of Rio Rancho, Nichole McCollum of Aurora, Amanda Schindalga of Warrenville, Alec Phillips, Max McCollum and Megan McCollum; and also Jane Russo.

Memorial donations are suggested to American Cancer Association, St. Jude's Children Hospital, or Operation Gratitude.
