Wilkes (Frazier); her siblings, Carol Crumley (David), Jacqueline Loveall (Tony), Dale Wilkes (Mari-Jo) and Mary Kenny (Gary); her daughters, Jenifer Purvis-Dierks (Bob Dierks) and Columbia; her grandchildren, Alex, Brianna, Jordan and Nathan; and her great grandchildren, Kairi, Khloe and Zack. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
