He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Topel and Hattie Topel (Boecker); and his children, Scott Topel and Cathy Topel. He is survived by: his wife Anita Topel; his son Richard A. Topel of Osage Beach, Missouri; his grandchildren, Mac Topel (Taylor) and Crystal Neuman (Joe); and his great grandchildren, Kinsley Topel, Jessa Topel, Camryn and Kayla. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
