He is survived by: his parents, Henry Zwart and Lola Zwart (Eisenbeis); his wife Daria Zwart (Knecht); his children, Jessica, Ross, Alina and Cassidy; his grandchildren, Maddex, Brooklyn and Parker; and his siblings, Hank, Roger, Rick, Robert, Tony, Chris, Dan, Regina, Rebecca, Roberta, Victoria and Sandy.

Due to COVID-19 and CDC guidelines, services will be private, with a Celebration of Life to be planned at a later date.
