She is survived by: her children, David Moore (Nicole) of Fort Wayne, IN and Angela Clay (Russell) of Osage Beach, MO; her grandchildren, Adrienne Clay, Austin Clay, Addyson Clay and Katelyn Moore; her sister-in-law Jodi Hardman; her nephews, Karl Hardman (Debbie) and Luke Hardman (Jaimie Crumley); and her niece Nancy Conley (Terry).
