He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Washburn and Mary Washburn; his brother David Washburn; his nephews, Sammy and Scott Washburn; his niece Stacy Washburn; and his sister-in-law Jolene Walker.
He is survived by: his former spouse Loyce K. "Snooks" Guenther; his children, Kevin and Kelly; his spouse Tommye Welden Rhea; his grandchildren, Michael, Scarlet, Averie, Haedyn and Evrytt; his sister-in-law Sharon Washburn of Rogers; his great-nephew Clifford; his sister-in-law Carole Welden Lhotka (Allan) of Panama City, Florida; and also Dody McDaniel (Chris). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Lake Regional Hospice or Church of Osage Hills Benevolent Fund.
