She is survived by: her former husband Roy Allison; her husband Duane Bruckerhoff; her children, Sheila Wood of Camdenton and Stephen Allison (Margo) of St. Charles; her sister-in-law Sherry Knight of Conway; her stepsons, Greg Bruckerhoff (Renee), Scott Bruckerhoff (Kim), Andy Bruckerhoff (Sherri), Mark Bruckerhoff (Danielle), Anthony Westhusing (Christa) of Linn Creek and Andrea Westhusing of Nixa; her grandchildren, Trevan Shane Murrell, Trace Stephen Murrell, Allison Brianne Wood, Hayden William Allison, Hayley Marie Allison, Zoe Rose Allison and Rylee Jane Allison; her great grandchild Angelina Shayne Murrell; her stepgrandchildren, Zach Bruckerhoff (Emily), Lindsey Bruckerhoff (Casey Pennock), Katie Howard (Brian), Rhett, Kennedy, Grant, Ashlynn Bruckerhoff, Cammie Bruckerhoff, Ella, Sophia Westhusing, Logan and Lexie Reynolds; her siblings, Shirley Margaret Knight, Leone F. Irvine, Darlene Irvine, Deana Neasby Dort, Ronnie S. Knight, Othel C. Knight, Jr. (Junior) and Thomas O. (Tommy); and also August. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and beloved cousins.
