It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Hering (Osage Beach, Missouri), born in Huntland, Tennessee, who passed away on March 20, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Inez Holder, Kate Couch, Clara Cox and Charles E. Pogue; and her daughters, Kathy Scott-Hermann and Connie K. Kinsinger.
She is survived by: her spouse Walter Ewell Scott; her children, James Craig Scott (Vhicky Scott) of Osage Beach, Max R. Hering (Rita Hering) of Altoona and Vickie J. Cline of Gainesville; her son-in-law Dan Kinsinger of Leesville; and also Virgil K. Hering. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
