He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hoover and Hilda Johnston Hoover; and his siblings, Dwight Hoover and Virginia Hayden. He is survived by: his wife Clemma; his children, Roger Hoover of Osage Beach, MO, Ed Hoover (Sonnie) of Winchester, IL and Kathy Sheldon (Tom) of Mandeville, LA; his grandchildren, Brittany MacMaster (Kenny), Alison Lee (Scott), Sean Hunter (Kalyn), Kobie Hoover, Dante Hoover and Adam Hoover; and his great grandchildren, Mason MacMaster, Hunter MacMaster, Lilly Lee, Valie Hunter and Jordon Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
