He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ockrim Hulsebus; his children, Sara O'Connor (Patrick) and John Hulsebus Jr.; his stepsons, Michael Ockrim (Carev), Steven Ockrim (Adrienne) and David Ockrim (Lisa); his grandchildren, Nathan, Nicholas, Jillian, Nora Lynn, Mia Rose, Giovanni, Tyler, Ethan and Nora Kelly; his brothers, Timothy Hulsebus (Lynn) and Scott Holihan (Vickie); and his stepsiblings, Heather Lehrman (Bill) and Brett Holihan (Veronica).
