He is survived by: his sons, Scott Weems (Melissa) of Iberia, Jimmy Weems of Linn Creek, Pat Weems (Tessa) of Linn Creek, Bary Weems of Linn Creek and Nathan Weems (Raven) of Linn Creek, Missouri; his nephew Ed Fry (Gina) of Wichita, Kansas; his siblings, Beverly Whittle of Eldon, Carol Gibson of Kansas City, Kansas, Mark Walker of Eldon and Sam Walker of Kansas City, Missouri; his aunts and uncles, Lester Luttrell of Iberia, Don Luttrell of Kansas City, Kansas, Betty Smotherman of Winona and Rose Luttrell of Iberia, Missouri; and his spouse Floreyne Weems (Spautz). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
