He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Wensel and Izetta Wensel. He is survived by: his children, Gordon Wensel Jr. (Debbie) of Mesa, Rhona Gearhart (Tim) of Camdenton, Geoffrey Wensel (Kyung) of Waynesville and Shelia Parnell of Terrell, Texas; his grandchildren, Matthew, Amy, Jessica and Jeremy Wensel; his great grandchild Jayden Wensel; his wife Shirley J. Wensel; and his daughter Joanna Wensel.
