He is survived by: his former wife Susan Purvis; his children, Jenifer Purvis Dierks (Bob) of Columbia and Dennis Wayne Lively (Venus) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Alex Lively, Nathan Lively, Jordan Meyer (Jereth) and Brianna Russell; his great grandchildren, Zackariah Lively, Khloe Lively and Kari Russell; and his sisters, Kathy Tankersley (George) of Gravois Mills, Harriet Ryman (John) of Kansas City, Peggy Robb (Randy) of Franklin and Sara Woffard (Mark) of Tulsa.
