It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Jane Nelson McKay of Osage Beach, Missouri, born in Lamesa, Texas, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Franklin and Ethel Lucille Nelson (Kelly); her husband Dr. Vernon McKay; her former husband Bart Anderson; and her siblings, Ethelyn Nelson, Hubert "Sonny" Nelson, Jr. and Katherine Dyer (Nelson).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Aaron Joseph Scott of Springfield, Sarah Jane Teixeira (McDowell) of Sparks and Adam David Scott (Staci Erin); and her children, Adina Mae and Eben Adam of Maryland Heights, Missouri.. She is also survived by her three children.
