With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheryl Ann Luper (Osage Beach, Missouri), born in Elmwood, Illinois, who passed away on October 19, 2019 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Roffey and Wilma Roffey (Ray); and her brothers, Dennis Gene Roffey and Robert Lynn Roffey. She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Ralph Luper (Sis) of Table Grove, Harold Luper of Bushnell, Vivian Roffey of East Peoria and Diane Roffey; her nieces, Stacy Wise (Corey) of Bryant, Melissa Miller (Shaun) of Canton, Connie Boone (Artie) of Wataga, Kathy West (Russel) of Wataga, Susan Rudik (Todd) of Lewistown, Abby Walker (Jeremy) of Jacksonville and Sadie VanDyke (Jacob) of Table Grove; her nephew Jeff Luper of Avon; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Connor of Canton, Emily Wise of Canton, Dalton of Canton, Jocee Miller of Canton, Laura DePalpe (David) of Galesburg, Melanie Collins of Brimfield, Corrie Williams (Shaun) of Carrollton, TX, John Luper of Loudon, TN and Melissa Otto (Dustin) of Holts Summit, MO; and her pet Lulu. She is also survived by many cousins; and many, many dear friends.
Cheryl was an animal lover and always had a dog by her side, so in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Fulton County in Cheryl's Name.
