She was predeceased by: her father Andy Martinez; and her husband Darin Helton. She is survived by: her mother Ginger Martinez (Burden); and her children, Casey Helton of Ulman, Missouri, Samantha Helton of Ulman and Nicole Helton of Lake Ozark, Missouri. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
