He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Fern Thomas; and also, Gene Railey, Isabell Railey, Roy Thomas and Ruth Thomas.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Missy and Sugar; his sons, Ronald Scott Thomas and Buddy Ray Thomas; his son-in-law Brenda Kay Johnson (Jerry) of Orrick; his sisters, Darla Nash (Paul) of Camden and Vickie O'Brien (Bud) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Brandon King, Roni Smith and Landon Craig; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee King, Kaydon King, Kayson King, Brantley Johnson and Paisleigh Johnson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
