He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Barnard and Edith Barnard (Claypole); his wife Rosemary Claypole; and his siblings, Russell Barnard, Marilyn Page and Mary Clevenger.
He is survived by: his children, Floyd Barnard of Orrick and Janet Barnard of Orrick; his granddaughter Elizabeth Steele (Daniel Holloway) of Orrick; and his great grandchildren, Star Steele, Tori Steele and Koby Steele. He is also survived by his family and friends.
