She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Lewis and Emma Belle Lewis (McVey); her former husband Earl Carroll of Lebanon; her husband Robert Shaffer of Liberty; and her brothers, James, William and Robert Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rita Louise Deckard (Ronnie) of Springfield and Cheri Lynn Clark (Scott) of Orrick; her stepchildren, Terry Lynn Evans (Kenneth) of Kearney and Mitch Shaffer (Serena) of Tallahassee, FL; her grandchildren, Risa Owrey (David), Cari Wegge (Brandon), Christopher Clark (Jennifer), Matthew Shaffer (Elizabeth), Seth Shaffer (Ashley), Ben Evans and Kyle Evans; her great grandchildren, Martin Owrey, Madison Owrey, Avery Clark, Ryder Clark, Clark Wegge, Sloane Wegge, Hudson Shaffer, Stella Shaffer, Marley Shaffer and Clara Shaffer; her sisters-in-law, Helen Lupo and Betty Lewis; and her niece Debbie Sears.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
