She is survived by: her mother Virginia Belt of Bogard, MO; her husband Scotty Cazzell of Orrick, MO.; her daughters, Carla Cazzell (Joe) of Orrick, MO and Crissy McAfee (Jeff) of Orrick, MO; her adoptive parent Terry Williams (Ruth) of Orrick, MO; her siblings, Pam Belt of Lamar, MO, Kim Turner (Rick) of Orrick, MO, Frank Belt of Trimble, MO and Jim Belt of Kearney, MO; and her grandchildren, Cody Pigg, Brock McAfee, Blake McAfee, Keeley McAfee, Casey Williams (Sarah) and Miranda Williams (Kris). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
