She is survived by: her father Larry Secor of Gillespie; her husband Charles "Chuck" Brooks; her children, Chas of Orrick, MO, Chance Brooks of Orrick, MO and Chandra Brooks (Christopher Calvin) of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, Chris, Charlotte Calvin and Chatham Calvin; her sisters, Lori Pierson of Bradenton, FL, Sheri Copeland (Jeff) of Moro and Linda Snyder of Wood River; and her pets, Chico' and Jack. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Marks Mortuary (633 E Lorena Ave, Wood River, IL 62095). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested in honor of Cindy to be made to help cover her medical expenses during her brave fight against lung cancer.
