He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Woolsey and Leonard Woolsey (Buck); his brother Robert Woolsey (Bobbie Lee); and his son-in-law Bob Owen. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Woolsey (Pearson); his children, Randy Choate, Betsy Owen and Tammy Maples (Roy); his grandchildren, Mandy Brown (Blake Iman), Brittany Pierson (Grant), Felicia Owen and Cody Maples; his great grandchildren, Lily, Annabelle and Gabriel Pierson; and his brothers, Leon Woolsey (June), Royal Woolsey (Christine) and Carl Jr. Craig (Karen).
