He is survived by: his wife Maradean Anne Phinney; his sons, Daniel Phinney of Omaha and Matthew Phinney of Olympia, Washington.; his stepchildren, Marka Keddie (Eric) of Ft. Smith, Marland Cox of Colorado Springs and Maleia Cheney (Chris) of Anderson, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Kyler, Trey, Gannon, Marshall, Anna and Kate; and his sister Judy Gratten of Valley Center, Kansas.
