He is survived by: his wife Terri Ann Shermer; his children, Justin Haywood (Julie) of Sallisaw, OK, Cyle Haywood (Megan) of Lowell, KS, Lesslie Horn-Sims of Muldrow, OK and Shila Horn Alvarez (Manuel) of Muldrow, OK; and his grandchildren, Tarran Bankston, Tiffany Mayfield, Avery Haywood, Tyler Haywood, Jace Haywood, MacKenzie Haywood, Easton Haywood and Molly Alvarez. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
