It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris J. Barlett of Oronogo, Missouri, born in Joplin, Missouri, who passed away on February 15, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward VanAmber and Mildred VanAmber (Doolen); her former husband George Wayne Barlett, Sr.; and her brother Raymond VanAmber. She is survived by: her husband Tom Brandenburg; her daughters, Tina Heydenrych (Ryan), Kan and Karla Barlett (David McKinney); her grandchildren, Kyle Carr, Kearstin Johnson (Austin), Thomas Hall, Cory Brown (Makayla), Olivia McKinney, Alyssa Heydenrych, Elliot Bynum and Eli McKinney; and her great grandchildren, Cohen Williams, Nova Brown and Adaline Johnson. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Joplin Humane Society.
