He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Frazier and Mary Jane Frazier (Smith); his former wife Mary Ann; and his children, Danny and Mary Kay.

He is survived by: his children, Jim Frazier, Tim Frazier, Mark Frazier and Trisha Henry; and his siblings, Gary Frazier, Butch Frazier and Lena Chazez. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
