He was predeceased by: his brother Joe; and his sister-in-law Glada Markt (Sommer). He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Caroline Lou Murphy (Michael) of Austin, Texas and Tom M. Markt (Tamara) of Oregon; his grandchildren, Kristin Irvin (Chris), Michael Murphy (Megan), Tevan Markt (Dana) and Tishlyn Majewski (A. J.); and his great grandchildren, James, Briana Irvin, Gwen, Ashley, Jason Murphy, Madison, Meghan, Trent Markt, Hailey and Drake Majewski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
