He is survived by: his father Harvey Sr. Green; his close friends, Monty, Jeff and Lonnie; his wife Penny Green; his children, Kendra Branstetter, Brittany Sutton Green and Kaleb Tackett; his grandson Samuel Ruffin; his siblings, Harvey Green Jr. and Susan Leichter; and his half-siblings, Janice Zickefoose, Bob Green, Karen Green and Darlene Atkinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
