With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelley M. Oppenlander of Oregon, Missouri, born in Maryville, Missouri, who passed away on August 30, 2020 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Leo Oppenlander; and her father-in-law John Oppenlander, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband John Oppenlander, Jr.; her sons, Billy Ray Oppenlander (Kylea) of Katy and Eli Oppenlander (Katie) of St. Joseph; her daughter-in-law Kellie Plummer of Forest City; her granddaughters, Lily and Emma Oppenlander; her siblings, Dorothy "Dottie" Botkin (Jim) of Forest City and Tim Slagle (Annie) of Skidmore; her mother-in-law Virginia Oppenlander of Oregon; and her sister-in-law Terri Plummer (Blake). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a community of friends.
