It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Ottman of Oregon, Missouri, who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Ottman and Mildred Ottman (Hanson); his wife Mary Ann Mulligan; his siblings, Bernice Whitman and Norman Ottman; and his daughters, Rebecca and Roberta.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Ottman, Jr., Bob, Raymond (Amy Ottman) and Monica; and his grandchildren, Alan, Eric, Sean, Noah and Rachel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
