He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Sue Horner (Garnett); his parents, Ray Horner and Claire Horner; his siblings, Ray L, Charles W. Horner, Virginia VanWinkle and Wanda VanNess; and his great grandchild Jayce Estep.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa L. Horner and Constance L. Presley (Dan); his grandchildren, Jacque Estep, Karissa Erickson (Levi), Bethany Presley, Moriah Presley, Jason Estep and Nathan Presley; and his great grandchildren, Oliver and Ryleigh Erickson. He is also survived by daughter and grandchildren from 1997-2000, where he fell in love with.
