She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert S. Shaffer and N. Marie Shaffer (Hatcher); her husband Raymond Dwight Polsgrove; and her siblings, Francis Roy Shaffer, Alberta Ramsey, Lola Atkins, Imo Nadine Lee and Phyllis Fasching.
She is survived by: her daughters, Chyre Buntz (Mark) of Oregon and Darla Beesley of St. Joseph, Missouri; her sister Beverly Hopkins of St. Joseph; her grandchildren, William Scott Page (Jennifer) of Cameron, Stephanie Page Milne (Evan) of Overland Park, Bryce Buntz (Jennifer) of Overland Park and Luke Buntz (Ellen) of Ponte Vedra, Florida; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Lauren, Brock, Jacob Murphy, Tristan, Lillian Milne, Cale, Mikah Buntz and Zoey Turpin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
