He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wagoner and Ada Jean Kapler Wagoner. He is survived by: his children, Brad Wagoner (Janice) of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, Tracy Blattner (Rick) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Tori Welch (Joe) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; his grandchildren, Charles Brandon Wagoner (Julie), Amber Watson (Brian), Dr. Trevor Blattner (Casie), Jill Mai (Donny) and Dalton Welch (Krissy); and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Lucy, Sarah Wagoner, Marlee, Kendall Watson, Kate, Nora Jane, Lenna Blattner, Ayla, Evie Mai and Charlee Beth Welch.

Memorial contributions may be given to Lynwood Baptist Church.
