He was predeceased by: his father-in-law James Richard Perry; his nephews, Austin Todt and Dylan Pobst; and his niece Amanda Bigham. He is survived by: his children, Devan Charles Sallee (Brooke) of Scott City and Brittany Swinford (Bradyn) of Chaffee; his sisters, Crystal Todt (Brian) of Oran and Janet Sallee-Warren of Scott City; his grandchildren, Charleigh Sallee, Easton Sallee, Hazel Swinford, Harper Swinford, Lane Rister and McKenna Worley; his stepsiblings, Mark Mason of Oran, Lisa May of Morley and Sharon Hawkins of St. Louis; his mother-in-law Wanda Perry of Chaffee; and his nieces and nephews, Lacie McAlister, Courtney McGuire, Ashton Duncan, Tatum May, Emmalee Bryant, Zack Bryant, Shawn Bigham, Abby Bigham and Ashley Alley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
