She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert S. Orenstein; and her parents, Melvin Corn and Sylvia Corn. She is survived by: her children, Richard Essman (Vicki), Barbara Essman and Janet Franz (Paul); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Natalie, Adam and Zac; and her siblings, Ruth Satz and Eugene Corn (Dale). She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are preferred to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Association and/or Shir Hadash Reconstructionist Community.
