He was predeceased by: his wife Faith Ellis (Kusmer); his parents, Samuel Ellis and Lottie Ellis (Satz); and his brother Phillip Ellis (late Doris). He is survived by: his children, Terry Izraelevitz (David) of Los Alamos, NM, Karolyn Ellis of Canyon City, CO and L. Scott Ellis (Carol); his grandchildren, Joseph Izraelevitz (Lauren Hosek), Jacob Izraelevitz (Leah Mendelson), Adam Izraelevitz (Christine Santiago), Jen Leifheit (Andy) and Steven Ellis (Anya); and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Audrey, Winnifer, Mia, Emma, Sarah, Grace and Sam.
