It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Sandra Sobel (Olivette, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on April 21, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Fred M. Sobel; and her parents, Celia Levin and Herman Levin. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Frank (Steve) and Amy Gallant (Steve).
