She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Kiem; her brother Leonard Zellinger (Frances); and her brothers-in-law, Irving Kiem (Fran) and Donald Kiem (Debbie Edwards). She is survived by: her children, Barbara Balk (Rabbi Hanan Balk), Robert Kiem (Kathy), Deanna Witt (Lee) and Ted Kiem (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Aviva Needle (Aryeh), Eliana Balk Moore (Spencer), Shoshana Balk, Sharona Balk, Leora Lesher (Rabbi Shmuel Lesher), Hannah Kiem (Ian Marshall), Sophie Peker (Nick), Jacob Witt (Libby), Max Witt, Ilana Witt (Mesud Dedic) and Henry Kiem; and her great grandchildren, Maytal, Ariana, Ayla, Matan Needle, Maya, Roey Moore, Daniella, Gavriel and Zecharia Lesher.
