He was predeceased by: his brother Alan of Raleigh, NC. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Riven; his sons, Josh (Sarah) of St. Louis and Sam of San Francisco; his grandchildren, Jacob and Lily of St. Louis; and his brother Tom (Barbara Kosnar) of Mill Valley, CA..
