He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Terri"; his stepchildren, Katherine Hayes (Justin), Thomas Cummings (Stephanie) and Gregory Cummings; his grandchildren, Reagan, Carson Hayes and Anthony Cummings; and his sisters, Carole Stahlhut (Ralph) and Elaine Gabler.
