He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Fallek and Louise Fallek; and his parents-in-law, Ben and Isabel Silverman. He is survived by: his wife Susan Silverman Fallek; his children, Carlye Prinz (Gregory) and Laura Staley (Devin); his grandchildren, Caroline, Conrad Staley, Lucas and Madelyn Prinz; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Carney (Larry) and Barbara Ellison; and his cousin Audrey Rubin (Robert).
