She was predeceased by: her parents, David Kottler and Sara Ruth Kottler (Katz). She is survived by: her spouse Herb; and her siblings, Anita Sandra "Sandy" Hoffman and Archer "Arch" Jay Kottler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donations in Rhoda's merit may be made to the John L Trotter MS Center at Washington University, Jewish Family Services, the Saint Louis Art Museum, or a charity of one's choosing.
