He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Catanzaro and Sophie Catanzaro; and his sister Sophie Lee (John). He is survived by: his siblings, Augustine Mackey, Rosemarie Lee, Phyllis Arthur (James) and Linda Carpenter (James).
